BMS Project Manager

Overview

As a BMS / BEMS Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering complex, high-value Building Management System (BMS) and Building Energy Management System (BEMS) projects. You will lead the implementation strategies for various projects, and some travel within London is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of BMS and BEMS projects within set cost and time parameters.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure project goals are met.
• Lead and manage a team of technicians and engineers to drive project success.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure resources are available when and where needed.
• Report regularly on project status and performance, ensuring transparency and a constructive feedback loop.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in successfully managing BMS and BEMS projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with individual project values of £250K or more.
• Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of motivating teams toward project success.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field.
