What You Will Do
- Review and refine AI‑generated outputs related to transformation program management, change leadership, process optimization, and practical aspects of driving organizational change.
- Evaluate AI responses for business accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real‑world transformation requirements.
- Draft realistic transformation scenarios based on your direct professional experience.
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g., program manager, executive sponsor, cross‑functional lead, or stakeholder).
- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI‑generated business content.

You will assess and improve AI‑generated content, ensuring it reflects true transformation program management, authentic business documentation, and practical procedures.
