We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Customer Manager to take ownership of our clients digital CX strategy and drive growth across multiple online channels. MUST HAVE experience in AWS and Salesforce and a background in Retail.
Job Title: Digital Customer Manager
Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in the West Midlands
Key Responsibilities:
- Review digital customer channels and develop and execute comprehensive strategies across all.
- Analyse and understand what the data is saying in terms of customer engagement, marketing campaign performance.
- Use data and analytics to track performance, generate insights, and improve ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to align CX and marketing activity with business goals
- Oversee CRM improve customer journeys
- Manage website performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation
- Stay up to date with digital trends and emerging technologies
- Proven experience in a Digital Customer focused or similar role
- Hands‑on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (including CRM and marketing automation)
- Strong analytical skills and experience using reporting tools
- Background in the retail sector or a strong understanding of retail customer behaviour
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
