Retail Section Coordinator

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Section Coordinator who is passionate about developing their career in retail. This role sits at the core of our Retail department and is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership-focused, operational environment.

You will be responsible for coordinating and guiding a team of casual retail staff, ensuring all key operational areas are consistently covered and run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

In this role, you will actively oversee and evaluate team performance, ensuring commercial objectives and retail operational standards are delivered to a high standard. Your experience and leadership will be key to driving consistency, accountability, and an exceptional customer experience every day.

Your day-to-day

• Lead by example – you'll provide confident day-to-day leadership and line management for casual and matchday staff, driving performance against KPIs and operational objectives
• Inspire high performance levels – you actively engage, coach, and motivate team members, setting clear expectations and ensuring all staff perform to an outstanding standard
• Deliver great service – you'll use your retail experience to ensure the highest standards of in-store service and a consistent premium customer experience
• Support the Retail team with in-store events – you will collaborate with the wider team to successfully deliver kit launches, product releases, store events, matchdays, and retail kiosks
• Uphold key requirements – you will take great pride in ensuring that we're adhering to compliance, regulatory, and operational requirements

• Experience in retail leadership – you come with a background of providing exceptional customer service in a busy in-store environment
• Customer-first mindset – you're dedicated to ensuring that all customers receive an engaging and seamless experience
• Inspiring coaching skills – you're well versed in directing retail teams to provide first class customer service and to uphold store standards
• Passion for visual merchandising – you know how to turn heads and intrigue our customers in a way that's authentic to our brand
• Resourceful and proactive approach – you're able to coordinate a large team of retail staff and ensure all bases are covered
• True team player – you're always happy to collaborate with a range of colleagues to provide excellent levels of support as and when required
• Exceptional organisational skills – you have experience in managing a fast-paced and varied workload
• Technical expertise – you have worked with MS Office applications including Excel
