Senior Business Development Manager, Multi-Channel Fulfillment

In this position you will focus on developing and managing a sales pipeline comprised of high value accounts and progress them through complex negotiations. The scope includes identifying new business opportunities through understanding the supply chain needs of customers and any gaps in our current service offerings. The ideal candidate is a strong influencer and will own bridging alignment across internal and external stakeholders. They will be responsible for drafting business plans to obtain resource investment across ops, tech or other partner teams.

The right person will possess successful enterprise class sales experience, preferably in eCommerce, transportation, retail technology or logistics. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions‑focused approach is required.

Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets is strongly desired. Candidates must have superior communication and presentation skills, a strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be very passionate about success and winning. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Create own pipeline of opportunities.
• Identify opportunities – define, pitch through to acquisition and retention and critically engage and progress qualified leads through funnel.
• Hold meetings, share information (rates, product, integration).
• Log status updates in CRM, including sales stage, opportunity size and customer anecdotes.
• Onboard and launch (non TAM requiring) leads.
• After securing commitment, guide customer through onboarding.
• Connect merchant with ISV partners, staying close to progress.
• If required, engage TAM for a supported onboarding and launch.
• Raise the bar for highest standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience for all managed customers.
• Input into the team goals and collective delivery working across multiple functions of the business to ensure we are delivering on the most relevant and meaningful things for customers.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in Go‑To‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organisational level.
• Experience developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience presenting to both technical and non‑technical executive audiences.
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
