We are expanding our global team and looking for a Business Development Manager to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

In this role, you will play a key role in driving new business and revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle from outbound outreach to discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing. You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their needs, educate them on Native Teams' solutions, and guide them through the decision-making and onboarding process. Your goal is to acquire new customers and expand revenue within assigned markets and ICPs.

Salary range: GBP 42,000 annually plus commissions
