We have a 12-month fixed term opportunity for an Energy Efficiency Coordinator based in Eastleigh. The Energy Efficiency Coordinator will play a key role in providing admin support to ensure the smooth running of our retrofit programmes. You’ll be the organisational backbone of the team—managing information, tracking progress, liaising with contractors and residents, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and funding requirements. This secondment is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and brings energy and initiative to their work.

Responsibilities

The role focuses on providing administrative support to facilitate retrofit programmes and assist in coordinating activities, information management, progress tracking, and communication with contractors and residents. Maintain organisation and ensure compliance with standards and funding requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with a wide range of people.
