The Opportunity
If the prospect of working in Queensland’s newest state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing and distribution facility right here in Ipswich appeals to you, then this could be the position for you!
Responsibilities
- Deliver maintenance program across the site to ensure that plant-wide assets are safe and reliable, and identify operational improvement opportunities to optimise performance.
- Perform site preventative maintenance and equipment improvement across the operation, which includes an automated warehouse, biomass boiler and wastewater treatment.
- Routinely maintain and calibrate field instrumentation, PLC units and SCADA systems.
- Conduct asset management activities, including ASRS warehouse, Biomass boiler & production.
- Deliver all scheduled maintenance and breakdown maintenance, and execute maintenance days.
- Perform checks to ensure beverage and packaging equipment are in spec and set up correctly.
- Assist in preventative maintenance shutdowns to rebuild equipment to the delivered standard.
- Drive operational improvement through the evaluation and implementation of automation and process control.
Experience That You Will Bring
- Certificate or Trades qualification in Electrical with a Queensland Electrical licence.
- Subject matter expert in higher order problem solving.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- A proactive mindset and results-driven attitude.
