Compensation
£15.45 – £15.95 per hour (Full time contract). Extras: £2.00 per hour for bank holiday work, £3.50 per hour for night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Motivate and support the team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
- Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.

- Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to keep shifts running smoothly.
