Transport Quality & Training Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Transport Quality & Training Manager to lead on training, compliance, and quality assurance for BSPS Transport services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programmes for BSPS Transport staff.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and NHS standards.
- Coordinate and maintain the Quality Management System.
- Support accreditation processes and regulatory compliance.
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to enhance service delivery.
- Act as the transport lead for Health & Safety and COSHH, promoting a strong safety culture.
- Serve as the Quality Lead for BSPS Transport, driving continuous improvement and ensuring services meet required standards of quality, safety and performance.
- Facilitate, coordinate, and continuously develop the QMS in collaboration with Site Leads and Operations Manager.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Embed best practice, improve processes and promote high standards of care and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid UK full driving licence without points.
- Educated to degree level.
Experience
- In-depth professional expertise derived from theoretical as well as practical experience.
- Experience of delivering training courses.

Other Information
- This position is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must already hold the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the contract.
