Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Line Leader to join a fast‑paced co‑pack operation in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with a world‑leading food and beverage company offering stability, development, and long‑term prospects.

The Role

As a Line Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team on the production line, ensuring daily targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and supporting a team of operatives
• Driving production performance to meet targets and product specifications
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Completing and maintaining accurate paperwork and system records
• Using onsite IT and Warehouse Management Systems
• Supporting audits (internal and external)
• Training and developing new starters
• Acting as a role model for best practice on the shop floor
• Working hands‑on alongside your team
• Supporting with general production duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar production or manufacturing environment
• Experience leading or supervising a team (preferred)
• A proactive, "can‑do" attitude
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Basic IT skills
• Willingness to learn and develop
