Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of Yell in your region, helping businesses unlock their potential through smart digital solutions. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Hunt for new business: prospect and win new clients.
• Consult & solve: meet customers (virtually and face‑to‑face), understand their goals, and design tailored solutions.
• Close like a pro: negotiate, present, and seal deals that make a real impact.
• Own the relationship: manage accounts for up to 12 months post‑sale, ensuring client success.
• Drive growth: use data insights to boost ROI and help businesses thrive.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales (field or high‑performing telesales).
• Confidence in building relationships and negotiating.
• Resilience and positivity—because challenges don’t scare you.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS (great but not essential).
• Full UK driving license (max 6 points).
