As we continue to scale and deliver next‑generation aircraft seating, we're looking for a Quality Inspector to help ensure our products consistently meet the highest engineering, customer, and aerospace regulatory standards. This is a hands‑on role where precision, compliance and collaboration are key.

What you'll do in this role as our Quality Inspector
- Conduct inspection activities across incoming goods, in‑process manufacturing, and final product release
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections using a range of inspection equipment and measurement techniques
- Support and complete First Article Inspection (FAI) activities in line with AS9102 requirements
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements to verify product conformity
- Record inspection results accurately and maintain structured quality documentation and traceability records
- Raise and support investigations into non‑conformances, ensuring issues are clearly documented and communicated
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve quality concerns and support corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 quality management standards and internal quality procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, process capability, and inspection efficiencyAssist with calibration control and the proper use and care of inspection equipment where required
What we're looking for in a Quality Inspector
- Experience within an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of inspection techniques and quality assurance processes
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T)
- Proficiency in the use of inspection tools and measurement equipment
- High attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to documentation
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Confident communicator able to collaborate across engineering, quality, and production teams
Nice to have
- Hands‑on experience with First Article Inspection (FAI)
- Good working knowledge of AS9102 and AS9100 standards
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience using digital inspection records or ERP/MRP systems within manufacturing
