Travel Product Manager

Salary: Circa £38‑£45k depending on experience, plus benefits

Location: Glasgow (Hybrid – 3 days per week in our Glasgow office)

We’re looking for a commercially minded Travel Product Manager to take the lead on shaping and growing a portfolio of unforgettable self‑guided walking and cycling holidays at Macs Adventure. Reporting to Alison Bembridge, Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue, enhancing customer experience, and influencing the future of our global product offering.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where no two days look the same. From balancing pricing, cost, and availability to spotting trends in the data and identifying new growth opportunities, you’ll have real ownership and the freedom to make an impact. What You’ll Do

You’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of a portfolio of walking and cycling holidays, ensuring they deliver inspiring experiences while performing commercially. You’ll use data and insight to balance cost, pricing, and customer experience, continuously refining and improving your trips. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll respond to demand, optimise availability, and evolve the portfolio to stay relevant, competitive, and high‑performing.
