About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our growing property team. Our business model spans a diverse range of residential sales and lettings, including student accommodation, HMOs, buy to let and block management. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in expanding our portfolio, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within a dynamic and fast‑paced market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the property sector
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and key stakeholders
• Generate leads through networking, market research, and industry contacts
• Negotiate deals and manage the full business development cycle
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
• Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets

About You:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the property or real estate sector
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills
• Results‑driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong understanding of the UK property market is imperative, with knowledge of the HMO market being advantageous
