Post Title: Area Facilities Officer

Team: Facilities Management

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Facilities Officer to join our dynamic FM team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be at the heart of building compliance, maintenance coordination, and facilities operations, ensuring our sites are safe, efficient, and fully functional. From managing contractors to conducting inspections, your work will directly impact the wellbeing of our teams and the performance of our buildings.

Working Hours

Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis. A flexi scheme is in operation, with working hours 9‑5 at Bury Town Hall.
