About the role

Start date: ASAP (subject to pre-start checks)

Contract term: Permanent

Working hours: 30 hours per week (4 days per week)

Weeks per year: School term-time, Trust Training Days and INSET days + 2 weeks in the school holidays

Grade: 11

Salary range (per annum): £39,152 - £45,091 (FTE) - £29,353 - £33,805 (pro rata)

Reports to: Headteacher

About the Post

Stourfield Junior School caters for approximately 450 children. Classes are organised in year groups with three or four classes each. We firmly believe that pupil performance and well-being go hand in hand and that we have a moral imperative to ensure that all pupils in our care are given every opportunity to be the very best that they can be. Our large staff team are committed to this aim in everything that they do.

We are looking to appoint a highly organised and pro‑active School Business Manager to oversee all areas of non‑academic operations within the school, supporting the Headteacher to deliver their statutory responsibilities and their school development priorities.
