As Commis Chef / Chef de Partie, you will run your own section during service, helping maintain exceptional standards across all areas of the kitchen while working closely with the senior team.
Duties:
Run your own section during prep and service or support senior chefs on sections
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients
Maintain excellent hygiene and kitchen organisation
