Salary: £48,000 – £50,000 OTE
Location: West London
My client is launching an exciting new premium champagne and wine bar concept in West London, focused on delivering a refined and elevated guest experience within a stylish, high-quality environment. The venue will offer an extensive champagne, wine, and sparkling selection alongside premium small plates and a sophisticated all-day experience. With a strong focus on quality, service, and atmosphere, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the business during an exciting launch phase and be part of building the culture and team from the beginning.
The operation will attract a stylish West London crowd and will focus heavily on guest experience, product knowledge, and creating a relaxed but premium hospitality offering.
Main responsibilities include:
Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the venue
Delivering exceptional guest experience and maintaining high service standards throughout
Driving sales through strong floor presence, upselling, and team engagement
Leading, motivating, and developing the front of house team
Supporting recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members
Ensuring excellent attention to detail across service, presentation, and operational standards
Building strong customer relationships and creating a welcoming, premium environment
Supporting wet-led sales performance with a strong understanding of wines, champagne, and premium beverages
Managing shifts, stock control, and operational procedures effectively

Previous experience within premium bars, wine bars, restaurants, members clubs, or luxury hospitality venues
Energetic, hands-on, and highly service driven
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident working within a fast-paced opening environment
