Apna House is a 25 bedded residential home , providing exceptional care to individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and challenging behavior.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team for Nights and Day shifts! Your role will be crucial in helping our residents lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.
What you’ll be Doing
- Provide overnight care and support to Service Users
- Monitor residents' well-being and respond to their needs
- Maintain accurate records and follow care guidelines.
- Feeding residents and assisting to bathroom overnight
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with the night & day team to deliver continuity of care
What You’ll Need
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others.
- Experience working with Mental Health , Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviour
- Qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care. xwzovoh
- Must be trained in Moving & Handling.
- Valid UK driving license is not essential but desirable
