As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping lead the brigade during service while ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes.
This role would suit either an existing Junior Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie looking to take the next step within a quality-driven kitchen.
Duties:
Support senior chefs in all aspects of kitchen operations
Lead sections during busy service periods
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation
Train and support junior members of the brigade
Assist with menu development and kitchen organisation
Uphold high standards of hygiene and kitchen discipline
