We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at a busy, modern bistro in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef to take ownership of a section and contribute to a high-quality, seasonal menu in a fast-paced yet supportive kitchen, working alongside world-renowned chef Claude Bosi.
Key Responsibilities:
Run and manage your designated section during service
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Ensure all food is prepared in line with the bistros recipes and specifications
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards at all times
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen environment
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Solid understanding of fresh, seasonal cooking
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy service
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation xwzovoh
Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards
A team-focused attitude with good communication skills
