The Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high standards of food quality and creativity.
Key Responsibilities Support the Head Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations
Oversee service to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes
Contribute to the development of seasonal menus in line with the Davys brand
Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to maintain a positive working environment
Manage stock control, ordering, and food cost efficiency
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all kitchen areas
About You Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a high-volume environment
Passion for fresh, seasonal food and attention to detail
A confident leader with strong communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure xwzovoh in a busy kitchen
Well-organised with strong multitasking ability
Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance standards
