Join the Chilli Pilates Instructor team and be part of an exciting period of growth in one of the UK’s leading Reformer Pilates studios. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with 6 weeks paid training, clear career progression, and ongoing support to build a long-term career in both group classes and 1-1 sessions.

With 14 studios already across North London, Hertfordshire, and surrounding areas, we are currently considering applicants based in North West London, including Bushey, Hatch End, Pinner, Eastcote, Watford, and St Albans for a new studio opening soon.

Upcoming start dates are available in May and June.

Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)

• Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates group classes
• Build and manage a 1:1 client base if you would like to
• Support clients to improve strength, mobility, and confidence
• Teach primarily across one or two main studios, with additional opportunities to cover classes across nearby locations
• Maintain high standards of customer experience

Requirements

• Hold ONE of the following qualifications; Level 3 Mat Pilates, Reformer xwzovoh Pilates, Personal Training OR Sports Massage qualification
• Alternatively hold ONE of the following; A degree in Sports Therapy OR Sports Rehabilitation
• A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
• Confident, motivated, and client-focused approach
• Available full-time (4 weekdays + 1 weekend day)
• Passion for fitness and helping others feel their best
