What you will do ... Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and an excellent dining experience.
Manage service flow by coordinating effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Handle orders, billing, and payments accurately using the POS system.
Assist with staff scheduling, team training, and development.
Manage reservations and guest enquiries using OpenTable.
Support stock control, opening and closing procedures, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Who Were Looking For ...
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
