As Chef de Partie, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading your section during breakfast service and supporting other meal periods when needed

Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard, following brand standard

Ensuring all food is of excellent quality and well presented

Keeping your section clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards

Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the day
