Due to the immediate need within the team, this position requires someone who is available to start straight away or on a very short notice period.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously across various internal teams
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and stakeholders
  • Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers, providing updates and supporting hiring decisions
  • Maintain and update internal systems, ensuring accurate tracking of candidates and recruitment activity
  • Support wider HR administration, including onboarding processes and documentation


Key Requirements

  • Previous experience within a recruitment, talent, or HR coordination role
  • Exposure to the built environment sector (architecture, construction, or related industries) is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work and competing priorities
  • Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels as well as candidates
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
