Despite being a relatively small team of circa 18 people, the business delivers projects for an outstanding client base, including major developers, institutional investors, and global brands.

• A range of high-end commercial and residential schemes across London

The Opportunity

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their PQS career looking to gain exposure to genuinely high-profile projects within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The business is very selective with hires and places a strong emphasis on quality over quantity, meaning junior staff are given excellent exposure, responsibility, and mentorship from senior team members.

You will work closely with experienced senior professionals across both commercial and residential sectors, with the chance to develop quickly within a growing consultancy.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the delivery of pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services
• Assisting on commercial and residential projects ranging from £10m–£240m
• Preparing cost plans, tender documentation, and financial reports
• Attending client, contractor, and design team meetings
• Supporting senior surveyors with project delivery and client management
• Developing technical and client-facing skills across all stages of projects

Ideal Background

• Consultancy / PQS experience preferred
• Ideally 1-3 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Degree qualified or working towards a Quantity Surveying qualification
• Interest in both commercial and residential sectors
