What You’ll Do:

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead productions from initial client brief through to final delivery across video, photography, social, and digital formats.
• On-Set Leadership: Execute shoots with confidence, managing everything from locations and logistics to directing crews and talent.
• Post-Production Mastery: Own the "finish," guiding projects through edit, sound, and colour while managing client feedback and approvals.
• Creative Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with creatives and strategists to ensure production realities are baked into the big ideas from day one.
• The Business of Production: Build accurate estimates, negotiate with top-tier suppliers, and manage budgets and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
• Mentorship: Act as a senior voice in the team, helping to raise the bar for quality and supporting the growth of junior producers.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: 3+ years in a production role within a creative agency, production house, or fast-paced in-house team.
• The "Full Stack" Skillset: A proven track record of owning video, stills, and digital content from start to finish.
• Technical Know-How: Deep understanding of production workflows, budgeting, crew management, and the post-production pipeline.
• Cool Under Pressure: You are the "calm in the storm" on set, capable of making clear, smart decisions when the clock is ticking.
• Relationship Building: A natural collaborator who can hold freelancers and suppliers to high standards while keeping the vibe positive.
