A leading US law firm is seeking a talented mid-level Corporate Associate to join its London office.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of high-value, complex transactions, including M&A and Private Equity matters, with exposure to public takeovers being highly advantageous. The team is known for its high-quality work and collaborative environment, making this an excellent platform for an ambitious lawyer looking to take the next step in their career.

Key responsibilities:

• Advising on M&A and Private Equity transactions

• Supporting on public takeover work (where applicable)

• Working closely with partners and clients on cross-border matters

Candidate requirements:

• 6–8 years’ PQE within a leading Corporate practice

• Strong experience in M&A and Private Equity

• Exposure to public takeovers preferred

• Excellent academics and technical ability

• Ambitious and motivated, with a clear desire for progression
