the role
As Digital Brand Manager, you'll report into the Brand Marketing Controller (who reports into the Brand Director) on high impact campaigns and key projects to drive brand awareness & growth in the UK. The role is based in central London with four days in the office.
You'll have the opportunity to make your mark on a range of initiatives including our SEO strategy and paid social, influencer & YouTube campaigns, supported by a significant budget

the ideal candidate:
key responsibilities:
SEO & Website Management
o Work with the Brand Marketing Controller to lead the itsu.com/grocery SEO and website strategy
o Own the relationship with our SEO and website/CMS agencies
o Work closely with the itsu (restaurant) digital team to coordinate at a group level
Paid Social & Influencer Campaigns
o Support the Brand Marketing Controller with the paid social and influencer strategy for campaigns
o Lead the planning, briefing, development, execution and measurement of paid social and influencer campaigns
o Coordinate with our digital agency on deliverables, timelines and approvals
o Evaluate post campaign performance
o Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
YouTube Campaigns
o Support the Brand Marketing Controller with strategy development, measurement, performance analysis and optimisation
General Campaign Management
o Brief internal design teams to ensure the development of consistent, on-brand creative assets for campaigns and the itsu.com/grocery website
o Support the Brand Marketing Controller with brand health and NPS tracking alongside other activities as necessary
