- Onboard new clients and open/close files in line with firm procedures
- Support with enquiries, quotations, and conversion of new business
- Assist with title checks, searches, and property-related enquiries
- Prepare exchange and completion documentation
- Manage post-completion tasks including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
- Handle client communication, calls, and inbox enquiries

ABOUT YOU:

- Previous experience in a paralegal, legal assistant or legal secretary role
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident using case management systems and MS Office
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines
