Exciting Opportunity for Support Workers to join our team at Ward House, one of the South Eastern Trusts supported living units in Bangor. This role focuses on providing 1:1 support to individuals with learning disabilities, including those who may display challenging behaviours. Key responsibilities include providing personal care, maintaining accurate records, assisting with meal preparation, and promoting independence and daily living skills.

Immediate start available with shifts including 8.00am-3.00pm, 3.00pm-10.00pm and also night shifts and sleepovers. Pay rates range from £12.75 to £21.55 per hour, depending on the shift worked. This post will last a minimum of 3 months and may be extended.

What We Need From You

  • Previous Experience in Support Work
  • To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
  • To attend mandatory training courses
  • Undergo an Access NI check
