JOB TITLE: Lighting Install Supervisor
LOCATION: Clevedon (with travel when needed)
WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Permanent
SALARY: up to £40,000
THE LIGHTING INSTALL SUPERVISOR OPPORTUNITY:
- Oversee installation of solar street lighting projects.
- Manage subcontractors and internal installation teams.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and HSE guidance.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
- Install and commission solar panels and lighting systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.
- Provide support and feedback to the Head of Operations.
- Complete administrative tasks and maintain project timelines.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- Strong leadership skills with the capability to manage on-site activities in line with industry best practices.
- Collaborative team player who can motivate colleagues to deliver high-quality work and service.
- Preferred background includes permanent lighting installation, construction, or groundworks.
- Able to work closely with customers and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations, procedures, and systems.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role or related field.
