We have an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Resident Voice Officer (12 month FTC). Be at the heart of resident engagement - shaping and delivering initiatives that ensure residents' voices are heard, valued, and acted upon. Working across the business, you'll help strengthen communities, improve services, and support residents to live well and safely in their homes.

We own and manage c.8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.
