What are we looking for?

• Proven experience working in a Senior or Principal level position within Building Services Design.
• Strong project leadership and delivery skills.
• Ideally chartered or working towards chartership.
• Able to use the usual design packages – AutoCAD & Revit.
• Able to work independently and within a small team.
• Outgoing, confident and personable individual who can help grow the office and soon bring in more work.
• Experience working on residential type projects with experience in the following highly advantageous - Education, Health Care, Life Sciences.
