Senior RF Engineer

My client is looking for a Senior RF Engineer to lead RF, microwave, and antenna development from concept through production and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead RF and antenna design and development activities
• Own designs across the product lifecycle (improvements and obsolescence)
• Define and verify RF requirements and specifications
• Support manufacturing, supply chain, suppliers, and customers
• Maintain RF/antenna production tests and resolve manufacturing issues
• Ensure engineering quality, processes, and documentation are maintained

Essential Skills

• Microwave PCB design and RF system analysis
• RF component selection (LNAs, HPAs, filters, mixers, PLLs)
• Antenna design and test (arrays, slotted, printed)

• Use of RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyser)
• Experience in a production / SMT environment

Desirable

• Altium and RF simulation tools
• Radar or RF communications systems
• Test automation, EMC, or regulatory compliance experience
