The environment is fast-paced, customer-intensive, and operationally complex. You’ll balance structured programme ownership with day-to-day delivery control, working across multiple customers, product variants, and internal functions to keep performance on track.

- Governance & Reporting – Embedding structured project governance where required, ensuring disciplined reporting, risk management, and decision-making.
- Operational Transition Support – Supporting the move into a new, modernised facility and helping embed stable processes, performance expectations, and delivery rhythms.
- Pressure & Issue Management – Handling demanding situations effectively, pushing back when needed, and maintaining a calm, solutions-focused approach.

- Customer Management Strength – Confident managing multiple customers or stakeholders simultaneously with clarity and control.
- Fast-Paced Delivery Mindset – Comfortable operating in a high-pressure, high-volume setting with constantly shifting priorities.
- Influence Without Authority – Skilled at driving actions across teams who do not report directly to them.

- Technical Awareness – Understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes, enabling effective engagement with technical teams.
- Resilience & Assertiveness – Able to maintain composure, push back appropriately, and keep delivery moving in challenging situations.
