LARDO is a much-loved neighbourhood restaurant serving a changing menu of seasonal plates, pizza and pasta. Were seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support our Head Chef, Marta Sandini and lead the kitchen when required.
Were looking for passionate people who love food, love cooking and want to grown with the business.
Role includes:
Running sections + leading kitchen on shifts

Assisting menu development + training junior chefs
Managing prep, ordering, stock control + hygiene standards

Delivering consistent high-quality dishes in a busy service

Menu development and innovation

Desired candidate must fulfil the below criteria:
Proven Sous or very strong Junior Sous wanting step up

Calm, organised, quality-focused, team-orientated xwzovoh

Passionate about food + professional growth

Experience in independents / neighbourhood restaurants, seasonal food

Must have worked beyond Italian cuisine

£40k-£45k inc tronc Excellent environment, real progression.
