The role at a glance
We’re recruiting an experienced Regional Manager to lead and develop a team of field professionals representing Premier Foods across the Midlands You’ll be responsible for driving regional sales performance, coaching and motivating your team, and building strong relationships with key retail stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone with field sales leadership experience or has strong field sale experience who is looking to take a step up. You’ll enjoys developing people, analysing performance data and influencing results to help achieve individual and team targets.

About the Premier Foods Account and Team
You will be joining our Grocery Team representing Premier Foods Brands within the big 4 grocery supermarkets (and some cash & carrys). We help brands sell more and in this role, you will drive sales of great brands such as Oxo, Bisto, Batchelors, Mr Kipling and many more by maximising brand awareness and presence in stores.
As a Regional Manager your focus will be on performance managing your field team - ensuring delivery of results through field-based coaching, team meetings, training, development and appraisals. Ideally, you will have experience of leading a field based team preferably within the FMCG industry. You will also have experience in a client facing environment and be strong at building relationships with key stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for guiding a team of field staff, providing coaching and mentorship, building key relationships with decision makers to drive sales and conducting competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends.
