About the Role
An executive assistant is the supportive force behind both, and we are currently seeking someone exceptional to take the helm and to be the supportive force who empowers our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. The candidate should have experience working in a high performing team and supporting them with administrative tasks. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we will rely on our executive assistant to be flexible and consistent, with a proven ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines, while maintaining the confidentiality required.
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to other team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support the business
- Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success
- Track all business-related invoices
- Compile market research, competitor analyses, campaign results, and market trends
- Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, databases, and trackers
- Build knowledge and education material for the wider business and clients
Qualifications
- Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
- Proven administrative experience
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
- Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
Preferred Skills
- College degree or equivalent
- Previous success in supporting the CEO of a SMB
- Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses
- Experience developing internal processes
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Educational background in business, marketing, or finance
Pay range and compensation package
Pay will be aligned with experience.
