Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for coordinating a multi-skilled production team, ensuring output, quality and delivery targets are met. This is a hands-on role, supporting the team on the shop floor while driving performance, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and allocating work across production teams
• Supporting production activities when required
• Monitoring KPIs and ensuring delivery targets are met
• Resolving day-to-day production issues
• Maintaining quality and compliance standards
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Leading and developing team members
