We’re working with our client seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager to take ownership of their Front of House function in Bristol.


This is a pivotal role at the heart of the workplace experience leading a small team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and delivering a consistently high standard of service for colleagues, clients, and visitors.


You’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes, working closely with Facilities, IT, Office Services, and Health & Safety teams to keep everything running smoothly and professionally.


Key responsibilities:


  • Lead and support the Front of House team, acting as a key point of escalation
  • Coordinate daily operations and shift patterns
  • Oversee meeting rooms, events, and client hospitality
  • Liaise with suppliers and facilities partners to resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain high workplace standards across all areas
  • Support admin, budgeting, and compliance activity
  • Contribute to ongoing service improvements


About you:


  • Experience in Front of House, Office Management, Facilities, or Hospitality
  • Strong communication skills and a naturally professional presence
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building ability
  • Confident using IT systems (with willingness to learn basic troubleshooting)
  • Understanding of health & safety practices (or keen to develop)


Working Hours:


Rotational shifts between 07:30–19:00 (e.g. 07:30–16:30 one week, 10:00–19:00 the next)
