We’re working with a growing financial planning firm in the West Midlands that’s investing heavily in its second line compliance function and hiring across multiple levels, from Compliance Officer through to Senior Manager.

These are broad, business-facing roles with real visibility across the organisation. You’ll work closely with leadership and advisers, helping shape a strong conduct and customer-focused culture while supporting the business through its next phase of growth.

This role is about influencing decisions, improving customer outcomes and helping the business navigate regulation in a practical, commercially aware way.
