Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded Residential Conveyancing team in Sheffield. This role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their conveyancing experience within a supportive and reputable law firm environment.

The Role

You will assist fee earners on a varied caseload of residential property transactions, supporting matters from instruction through to completion. Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing correspondence, legal documents and forms
• Managing and progressing transactions under supervision
• Dealing with client enquiries and providing regular updates
• Liaising with estate agents, lenders, financial advisers and third parties
• Assisting with exchange of contracts and completions
• Preparing financial statements, SDLT submissions and certificates of title
• Maintaining accurate records and case management systems
• Supporting the wider team with general conveyancing administration

About You

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience within a residential conveyancing role
• Good understanding of residential conveyancing procedures and transactions
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, professional and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
