A well-established creative studio is seeking a HR Advisor to join the team on a 9-month FTC.


This is a hands-on HR generalist role with a strong focus on ER, wellbeing, and manager coaching across a population of c.400 employees. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to line managers, supporting everything from absence management and flexible working through to grievances, capability, and performance processes.


Alongside the core HR delivery, there’s a real opportunity to shape how things are done. You’ll have a natural curiosity for how HR operates behind the scenes, with an interest in improving systems, processes, and reporting to make work easier and more efficient for everyone. This is a role where you can balance day-to-day HR delivery with meaningful operational improvement and change.


The role will suit someone confident working in a fast-paced, creative environment, who enjoys building strong relationships and can work collaboratively.


The role will paid on a day rate, up to £40k equivalent, based in Knustford 2 to 3 days a week.
