We are supporting a high‑performing, fast‑growing financial services firm in London in the search for an organised and outgoing Trading Desk Operations Coordinator to support one or more trading desks. This is a critical, growing arm of the business and a genuinely exciting time to get on board, with increasing scope, visibility and impact. You will sit at the heart of the trading floor, becoming a trusted point of expertise for desk operations and logistics, with the opportunity to develop alongside a firm that is continuing to scale.

The Role

This is a varied and dynamic coordination role sitting at the heart of the trading floor. You will need to multitask confidently, adapt quickly and proactively look for ways to streamline processes and add value. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Acting as an operational and logistical point of contact for the trading desk
• Coordinating onboarding and managing space planning on the trading floor
• Organise events including team socials, desk-level L&D sessions, training and speaker events

Key Details

• 5 days in the office, London-based role
• Fast-paced, trading floor environment within a high-performing financial services firm
• Some early mornings or evenings may be required on occasion
