Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist/Design Team Manager to join our growing team in Surrey, specializing in residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have proven UK experience in residential architecture and be confident managing projects independently as well as managing a team to ensure successful project outcomes. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential to thrive in our fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The candidate will be in charge of running and managing the drawing team to ensure that projects hit deadlines and managing client expectations.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a well-established and dynamic practice.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Technology and relevant software
• Be able to work both independently and manage the drawing team to work to deadlines and timelines and deliver projects in line with clients expectations.
• Skills in creating Technical Drawings and details, Working Drawings, and Construction Drawings
• Experience with Architectural and Construction Drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications or memberships are a plus
