£16.50 per hour + £45 sleep-in

4-bed children’s residential home

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care for young people 8–17 EBD .

✅ Level 3 Children & Young People qualification essential

✅ Residential childcare experience required

✅ Leadership/senior experience preferred
