We are looking for a commercially driven and creatively minded Ecommerce Manager to lead the online retail strategy for a well known luxury RTW brand.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced luxury fashion ecommerce professional to shape the digital customer journey, drive online growth, and deliver an exceptional brand experience aligned with the brand's iconic global vision.
Working at the intersection of luxury fashion, digital innovation, and customer experience, you will take ownership of ecommerce trading, performance optimisation, digital marketing collaboration, and online merchandising.
What You’ll Be Doing
Ecommerce Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute the ecommerce growth strategy across womenswear and menswear.
- Own the online trading calendar including seasonal launches, product drops, and promotional activity.
- Identify opportunities for growth across new markets, channels, and partnerships.
Website Trading & Optimisation
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the ecommerce site.
- Ensure flawless execution of product launches, content updates, imagery, and merchandising.
- Optimise the customer journey through UX improvements, onsite personalisation, and A/B testing.
Digital Marketing & CRM
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver performance marketing campaigns.
- Support CRM initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Collaborate on content and storytelling that reflects the luxury positioning of the brand.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyse ecommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, and acquisition costs.
- Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Use customer and trading data to inform commercial decisions and long-term strategy.
Brand Experience & Visual Merchandising
- Maintain a premium visual and editorial standard across all ecommerce touchpoints.
- Work closely with creative and merchandising teams to ensure exceptional product presentation.
- Ensure consistency between online and offline brand experiences.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and develop a small ecommerce team and agency partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, retail, and operations.
- Influence stakeholders through commercially focused, data-led insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ ecommerce management experience within luxury or premium fashion.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and analytics tools including Shopify Plus, GA4, and CMS platforms.
- Excellent commercial awareness with a strong understanding of luxury brand positioning.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
- A creative eye for digital merchandising and luxury storytelling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
This is a hybrid role based in their Central London office, with the opportunity to work 1 day per week remotely upon completion of probation period.
